We are pleased to announce the complete redesign of our pre-arrival and onboard app experience, aimed at enhancing personalization, providing quicker access to features, and improving accessibility.

The new Princess Cruises app offers an array of features that guests have come to love, including OceanReady streamlined boarding, dining reservations, guest services chat, our exclusive OceanNow on-demand service, and individual guest-to-guest locating.

If you already have the MedallionClass app installed, you can seamlessly switch between that and the new Princess Cruises app.

The Princess Cruises app serves as your comprehensive vacation guide and serves as the key to planning and unlocking experiences onboard.

Prior to your arrival, you can utilize the app to:
<ul>
 <li>Save time at the port by completing check-in and submitting required travel documentation through our guided OceanReady® steps </li>
 <li>Make dining reservations at our main dining rooms and specialty restaurants</li>
 <li>Optimize your vacation experience by purchasing a Princess Plus® or Princess Premier® Package</li>
 <li>Book shore excursions for each port day of your cruise</li>
 <li>Stay informed about onboard activities and events, as well as access detailed deck plans</li>
 <li>Schedule a treatment or salon service at the Lotus Spa</li>
</ul>

Once you're onboard, simply connect to our ship's MedallionNet wifi to take advantage of additional features such as:
<ul>
 <li>Ordering food, beverages, amenities, and more with ease through our OceanNow® service (one-time fee applies; complimentary with Plus and Premier packages)</li>
 <li>Completing necessary Safety Essentials steps prior to departure</li>
 <li>Exploring the ship and receiving navigation instructions to venues and points of interest</li>
 <li>Locating shipmates in real-time and getting navigation instructions to their whereabouts</li>
 <li>Browsing and bookmarking onboard events and activities for each day</li>
 <li>Managing dining reservations</li>
 <li>Accessing 24/7 assistance through the CrewCall chat</li>
 <li>Viewing and booking shore excursions</li>
 <li>Tracking onboard spending and package redemption statuses in real-time</li>
